Residents Can Now View and Pay Bills Online.
According to the Unified Government (UG), all 2025 property tax statements have now been mailed to Wyandotte County residents. The UG Treasury Department said the final group of statements went out on Thursday, December 4.
The UG published all tax statement data on November 21, and PayIt notified registered myWyco users on November 26 that bills were ready to view and pay online.
The Treasury Department said statements were mailed in phases to help manage the volume of more than 75,000 parcels in Wyandotte County.
Mailing schedule provided by the UG Treasury Department:
- November 29, 2025: 20,000 statements
- December 1, 2025: 25,000 statements
- December 2, 2025: 20,000 statements
- December 4, 2025: 10,000 statements (final mail out)
This year’s due dates fall on weekends, so payments must be made by December 22, 2025, and May 11, 2026. Residents can view and pay bills through the myWyco app or at mywyco.wycokck.org.

The UG Treasury Department accepts cash, checks, money orders, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). Checks should be made payable to Unified Treasury.
Residents with a mortgage should contact their mortgage company directly if they expect a refund.
