Wyandotte County Election Dates 2025: Your Voting Guide

Wyandotte County voters will head to the polls twice this year. First, they will vote for the City Primary Election on August 5. They will vote again for the City General Election on November 4.

Early voting for the primary begins July 26 at five locations across the county. Hours and addresses are available at WyCoVotesKCK.gov.

Key Election Dates

  • July 15 – Deadline to register or update your voter registration for the August election
  • July 26 – Early in-person voting begins for the primary
  • August 5 – City Primary Election Day, polls open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • October 25 – Early in-person voting begins for the general election
  • November 4 – City General Election Day, polls open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Ways to Vote

  • Vote early in person starting July 26
  • Vote by mail with a requested ballot
  • Vote on Election Day at your assigned polling place

Voters can check registration status, view sample ballots, and find polling places through Voter View at WyCoVotesKCK.gov/VoterView. Sample ballots are typically posted about a month before Election Day.

Poll Workers Needed
The Wyandotte County Election Office is recruiting poll workers to help keep elections running smoothly. Residents can learn more or apply at WyCoVotesKCK.gov/ElectionWorkers or by calling (913) 573-8500.

During early voting, registered voters may cast a ballot at any of the five locations. The Election Office offers extended weekday hours and is the only site open the day before Election Day. Completed mail ballots may also be dropped off at any early voting location.
